1. Fully automatic oil hydraulic die casting machine, allowing one man to control the operation of multiple units for saving labor cost.
2. Mold opening and closing allow three options at Fast, Medium and Slow for operation as desired.
3. Fast injection speed due to power jet to provide die casting conditions with finished products giving excellent filling rate, and working conditions may be changed as desired depending on the nature of the metal mold.
4. Highly precision machined, this machine allows precision manufacturing with each and all parts strictly of top selection, all properly treated for the optimal duration and withstanding performance.
5. Correct and fast assembly of the metal molds thanks to the use of oil hydraulic motor to set up the closing height of the metal molds to save the time otherwise required by fastening the screws in the conventional models; also perfect for production of small scale with multiple molds.
6. Electric box adapted to the rear of the machine for emergency stop and manual operation mode.
7. Allowing (dis) mounting the molds at slow speed to ensure precision adaptation between the mold and the injection nozzle.
8. Expanded working oil canister and cooler capacities to prevent excessively rising of the working temperature of oil (oil thermometer attached).
9. To prevent spillage and escaping of melting liquid from the cuts of the metal molds, no injection will be allowed before the confirmation of properly closed metal molds. Double safety mechanism is adapted to prevent any accident due to failure of the electric components, and protection to fend off any injection from where the injection nozzle contacts the metal molds.
10. Molds closing permits at high pressure and low pressure to allow the mold closing first at low pressure before the closing at high pressure upon confirmation of the molds are properly closed to avoid damage to the mold even any foreign matter is found on the surface of the metal mold for keeping molds always in the status as new.
11. Noise-free operation due to oil hydraulic drive, buffering ring is provided to each oil pressure canister for free of vibration from impact.
